Who we Are
Sustainable Environment Development Initiative (SEDI) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered in Nigeria and fills gaps created in the environment development sector promoting a people centered approach. It has its headquarters in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
SEDI is a volunteer involving organization and is NGO focal point coordinator for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in Edo State. SEDI is also a National Working Group Member, Climate Change Network Nigeria. SEDI is a member of Gender and Water Alliance, Netherlands; and Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council, Switzerland. SEDI is run by a Board of Directors, with an Executive Director, who co-ordinates the running of the organization.

Organizational Structure
SEDI has a board of trustees which formulates policy which is implemented by a secretariat headed by an executive director. SEDI is a volunteer involving organization.
